WOMEN IN WORSHIP
WOMEN IN WORSHIP is a Bible-teaching worship event designed specifically to encourage, equip, and empower women to live a life of true worship. The events are structured to help catapult women into Bible study, prayer, evangelism, corporate worship, and a full life of true worship. IN WORSHIP we believe that “Worship, in its total essence, is a RESPONSE TO TRUTH.” Therefore, in every session, the Word of God is presented with clarity, and women are given time to respond to it.
HIGH TEA with Alicia and Jannie Wilcoxson - 2:30pm
HIGH TEA is the spectacular, signature event of the WOMEN IN WORSHIP conference! This is a 2 hour session of fellowship around beautiful tables, with beautiful hosts, filled with beautiful food, along with beautiful and relaxing instrumental worship music. HIGH TEA is an up close and personal time with Alicia and friends. This year’s HIGH TEA will be held at Heron Lake’s Country Club in Mobile. It’s the perfect time and environment for ladies to relax and be encouraged by the ladies at her table. Ladies are encouraged to bring friends who are pre-Christians to the HIGH TEA event. There is a special gift for each lady who attends the WOMEN IN WORSHIP HIGH TEA! Churches, gift the ladies on your staff with the WIW HIGH TEA EXPERIENCE!
FRIDAY NIGHT 7pm -9pm
Friday night is an exciting evening of music and worship. Special guests will join Alicia, and the evening will be filled with songs for the heart that will lead the conference into a great corporate worship experience. Alicia will share briefly from the Word of God and ladies will be given ample time to RESPOND TO TRUTH, to what the Spirit of God has spoken to her heart.
SATURDAY 8:30am – 5pm
Saturday is a day of feasting on God’s word, and connecting with Him. Once again you’ll enjoy Alicia, the WOMEN IN WORSHIP PRAISE TEAM, and special guests as they encourage, equip, and empower you to be a WOMAN IN WORSHIP.
There are two Saturday morning sessions. Once again, Alicia and her special musical guests will open the day with powerful songs of praise and worship. Alicia will bring God’s word and ladies will be given time to RESPOND TO TRUTH. There is a short 15 minute break between the morning sessions. Before the second session is released to lunch, directions for lunch and networking will be given from the platform.
As in every session at Women IN Worship, fabulous music for worship, along with the Word of God will be shared and ladies will be given the opportunity to RESPOND TO TRUTH. This session historically begins and ends with some of the most awesome worship one will ever experience. A love offering will be received for the on-going mission of Women IN Worship.
In the afternoon sessions, WOMEN IN WORSHIP will offer one final time for women to “get connected with other women”, and visit the ministry tables before leaving. Ministry tables Alicia, and ministry leaders and ministry tables will be open until 5pm.
LUNCH
LLunch is a strategic, networking time at WOMEN IN WORSHIP. During lunch, ladies are encouraged to visit ministry tables and prayerfully consider becoming a part of the small group Bible study she believes would be most fulfilling for her. WOMEN IN WORSHIP will provide Bible study materials available for purchase to use in your church, home, or job. You will want to invite others to study God’s Word with you. We also have a lunch breakout sessions for First Ladies and Friends. Pastor’s wives or Ladies in church staff positions are encouraged to join us. These are at no extra cost, but we must have you sign up prior to the event due to limited seating. Email your request here.

How much does WIW cost?
WOMEN IN WORSHIP is committed to offering the best price possible for both HIGH TEA and the conference. Prices vary from city to city, venue to venue. GROUP RATES ARE AVAILABLE. For every ten tickets sold, the 11th ticket is complimentary. Click on the WOMEN IN WORSHIP logo on any page of the website to get to the Conference event page, or call us during regular business hours at 251-300-8400. Monday – Thursday, 9am – 3pm.
How do I purchase WIW tickets?
Click on the STORE tab at the top of the page, or anywhere you see ticket prices listed. The tickets are a shopping cart item. You can choose your ticket or your package. Once you have made that choice you will be taken to the check out page to enter the total quantity. You can also call us during regular business hours at 251-300-8400, Monday – Thursday, 9am – 3pm. All tickets are non-refundable. Once an event is sold out, IN WORSHIP is willing to help sell tickets that are not going to be used, but is not responsible to buyback any unused tickets.
Can I mail in a check for WIW tickets?

Is there a discount on group tickets?

What is the age demographic of ladies who attend WOMEN IN WORSHIP?
There is a broad age range of ladies who attend WOMEN IN WORSHIP, beginning predominantly with college ladies.
What do I wear?
If you’re married, tell your husband you would like a new outfit. If you’re single, go get one. If are not able to get one, just wear what you have. WIW is a casual gathering, but we honor the fact that the meeting is housed in a sacred place, the local church building. Modesty will always be right and best!
Do I have to wear a hat to HIGH TEA?
No, but there is a hat contest and you could be the winner!
Does Alicia wear a hat to HIGH TEA?
Most times. ☺
Why is there an offering on Saturday afternoon?
A voluntary love offering is received on Saturday afternoon from those desiring to support the ministry with a one-time gift, or as monthly partners. Financial advising is available on-site for those choosing investment giving.
How do you go about choosing churches to host a WOMEN IN WORSHIP conference?
We don’t. We let the church choose us.
